SO DYFAMED (resp. J.C. Marty)
Le projet MELISSA utilisera
en grande partie les données acquises par le SO DYF, que ce soit
pour l'utilisation récurrente de paramètres de base (production
primaire, pigments, etc.) ou à travers les séries temporelles pour
l'étude des évolutions interannuelles. La relation avec le SO DYF
est aussi d'ordre logistique.
Autres projets PROOF
ACTION (coord. C. Goyet). Les études de respiration microbienne
effectuées dans le cadre de MELISSA fourniront des éléments sur
la rétroaction des limitations saisonnières sur le climat, à travers
les variations de pCO2. A ce titre, le présent projet
sera en étroite relation avec le projet ACTION.
PECHE (coord. V. Andersen &
M. Goutx). Ce projet est complémentaire de MELISSA pour les échelles
de temps (processus/haute fréquence), et d'espace (couche aphotique/devenir
de la matière exportée).
Projet NSF The quantitative role
of mineral ballasts in protecting particulate organic matter from
biological degradation in the sea (PI : C. Lee; co-PIs : R.A.
Armstrong, J.K. Cochran, J.I. Hedges, S.G. Wakeham). Ce projet s'intéresse au devenir de la matière
dans la colonne d'eau, notamment en étudiant la variabilité des
flux exportés et les vitesse de sédimentation du carbone organique.
